DIRECTIONS & USE
Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
Children (5-9yrs): Take 1 capsule per day. To prevent choking, do not allow children under 6yrs old to swallow a capsule whole. Open capsule and mix content with food or drink.
Children (10-13yrs): Take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
Adolescents (14yrs+): Take 1 to 3 capsules per day.
